Printhie MCC Shiraz – 750ML
The Orange wine region is defined by elevation. Vineyards sit above the 600m contour line and rise to 1,100m in elevation. These elevated vineyard sites provide a cool climate suitable for making aromatic white wines and medium bodied, perfumed red wines.
This is a very aromatic, medium-bodied wine with lifted black pepper spice and generous red berry fruit flavours. There is complexity from elegant fine-grained French oak that lingers in the
background. The palate shows some good complexity with charcuterie, a hint of chocolate and cedar. The fine acid-tannin balance keeps the wine bright, fresh and textural.
Vineyard Region: Orange, NSW
