Printhie MR Pinot Gris – 750ML
The Orange wine region is defined by elevation. Vineyards sit above the 600m contour line and rise to 1,100m in elevation. These elevated vineyard sites provide a cool climate suitable for making aromatic white wines and medium bodied, perfumed red wines.
The complexity of the wine is built up during maturation through some lees (solids) stirring and partial malo which contributes to a creamy mid-palate texture. A good line of acid assists in holding the fruit on the palate and giving the wine length. Richness will develop over time.
Vineyard Region: Orange, NSW
